truMedic helped me recharge!

I tore the house apart looking for the charger that came with my “instaShiatsu Neck and Back Massager. No luck. When I emailed truMedic, I was desperate. But it turned out that I could replace the missing adapter. The cost was reasonable. I thought the customer service was also friendly and helpful. So now, I’m all charged up to thank truMedic for their help.

Killed My Massager

I lost the original cord to my Shiatsu massager during a move. I decided to buy the "authentic"one by Shiatsu to ensure compatibility. Within days my massager was non- functional and hasn't worked since.

Worked great. However, I was deeply disappointed when I found out I could not replace the rechargeable battery. In the mess humanity finds itself in, I can't see throwing away a good massager just because you built this product in such a way that the battery cannot be replaced. Shame on you! I will never purchase another truMedic product again.

Adapter for you Neck & Back Massager

I'm so grateful that I was able to replace this quickly and inexpensively. And my grown sons are probably glad they don't have to keep loaning me theirs to keep my unit running. (I previously bought one for each of my three boys.) Thanks for a great product that continuously provides relief. I bring it with me in the car, everywhere I go and keep it by my bed at night. Lost my cord in the move

I was pleased to discover that TruMedic sells the cord separately for my unit so that I didn't have to replace the entire massager. Love this massager!
