Next best to massage

Magic Hands is very adaptable. No matter the location of the tension in my back, I can arrange the MH in a position to alleviate the tightness. Though I have owned several massagers, I have never had one, that though mechanical, can knead so effectively. I also often use it on my feet. An additional benefit is the responsiveness and consideration when I have had to contact customer service. Issues solved each time.. Though therapeutic massage is a deeply relaxing, MH is a very helpful aid in between those hands on times. I plan to continue to use the MH because of the relief I gain from muscle stress. Thank you TruMedic for such a user friendly device and ease of communication. RV

Magic Hands most expensive neck and back massager

I found this to be very heavy, bulky and not that comfortable to use. It doesn't move or fit nicely on my back and wants to flop over when trying to adjust position and pressure. I had previously bought one of your less expensive ones and liked it a lot better. The controls are in a horribly awkward place, so they can't be reached to change while using the machine. Don't care for this one much at all!

I purchased the Magic Hands for my Mom for her Birthday, We have a large family and it was passed around all day. By the end of the day 4 of siblings ordered one.
