Perfect

My dog chewed my A/C charge cord to my impact therapy gun. They have several different ones at TruMedic, but all I had to do was email customer support telling them what had happened and they and they replied wirh a link to the correct A/C adapter. It only took about 4 or 5 days to get it once I ordered it.

it is as described and it works like it's supposed too. We live in a world where companies want kudos for that. In my generation the company would have given me a new one for free, but I'm 70+ years old. They take advantage of your generation because you let them, too bad.
