Plantar fasciitis seems to be improving

In the beginning, I wasn't sure these would help, because my feet seemed to get sore after wearing them for only a few hours. However, I followed the recommendation to wear them for a short time and then gradually increase the time. I have to say that they have helped in about a week. I no longer have any heel pain. For plantar fasciitis heel pain, I also do some stretches. The stretches began when I purchased these insoles. I'm not sure whether the insoles, the stretches, or a combination of both are helping. I wear them every day, all day, and I think they are helping. To ensure the arch support is effective, I put them in a pair of roomy sneakers so that my foot's arch is correctly positioned.
